Your billing address is the location where your monthly account statements are sent to. If your billing and shipping address are different, please indicate why in the special order instructions field. Next you will enter your credit card. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment approval. Rush Orders are shipped out the same day or the following business day, depending on the time they are placed. We now ship all USA orders via Super-Fast UPS SHIPPING. Rush orders are typically delivered in 1-4 business days, and Non rush orders in 3-5 business days. Orders can sometimes take 1-2 business days longer during holiday seasons, with high mail volume.
