Your vaporizer is completely covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If a package is confirmed lost we will replace it at no extra cost to you, and if you receive your unit damaged or nonfunctioning we will gladly replace the unit for you

 

All warranty returns or exchanges must have a order number associated with it or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and returned back to you. To obtain your order number, please contact us :

 

We accept back any item that is in it's original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
